Mamata’s Universal Bag Making Machine is preferred for it’s ability of quickest changeovers from Side seal to Bottom seal or Mix seal Bags. This gives true flexibility of operation to our customers with great consistency in out put quality and quantity.

You can switch from side seal to bottom seal to Twin seal bag within 10 minutes.

The Modular construction of machine allows you to add host of attachments to make value added bags like Soft-Loop Handle Bags, Patch Handle Bags, Garment bags, Zipper Bags from PE / PP Films, Security / Courier Bags & Envelopes, Sine-wave Top bags, Die-cut handle Bags, Header seal bags, Round / square Bottom bags, Duty Free Shopping Bags etc.

Available in working widths of 800 mm (32”), 1000 mm (40”) and 1200 mm (48”), the top speed on Side Seal is 280 cycles/minute and
150 cycles/minute on Bottom and Mix Seal (skirt side seal).
