1. Universal Bag Maker
It brings back the exciting memories of worldwide launch of our Vega Series Bag and Pouch makers at K’98. In three years, we have increased our global reach from 24 to 50 countries Arrival of Vega Bag makers at K’98 has changed all this. The success of Vega is due to its superior combination of flexibility, technology, output, reliability and cost. At K''2001, we will display the Vega plus-800 Model.
This machine has a three-axis servo control. The servos control the film index, dwell control (seal time) and the flying knife. All the three functions are controlled by independent servos.

The strength of the machine lies in the flexibility to make a quick changeover from the production side-weld bags to bottom-weld bags to mix-weld in matter of minutes. It has a processing capability on a variety of films: side-weld bags from 10 microns to 120 microns and bottom-weld and mix-weld bags from 20 microns to 200 microns.

We will demonstrate the inherent strength of the machine at K. We will change over from side weld to mix Weld Job during the show and demonstrate how easily this can be done. We will also demonstrate the processing of LL/LDPE as well as PP films to highlight the machine’s processing ability on different polymers.

2 WICKETER
Over a period of last 1 year, we have almost completely re-designed our Wicketer Vega-W-800. The result has been excellent. We have been able to increase maximum cycling speed from 250 to 300 cycles / minute and the limiting linespeed from 60 to 80 metres / minute.

At up to 300 cycles/minute speeds, the machine offers excellent cost to out put equation.

Wicketers worldwide, with rated speeds of 400 cycles/minute, tend to be expensive. Operating machines at such speeds, require a factory environment of very high standards and sophistication, which may not be available everywhere. Such machines, as a result, even though capable of running at 400 cycles/minute, may, end up operating at only at 275-300 cycles / minute.

Wicketers are traditionally used for manufacturing bags to pack products like bread, Diapers, Agro Products, Sanitary Napkins, etc. We will demonstrate the production of bread bags at a high speed and also to establish versatility of the machine, we will change over from a bread bags to shopping (boutique) bags production with in-line carry handle punch during the show.

The design emphasis has been always on the easy set up and stable production.
